מחיקת חשבון מוביז
Google Play מחייב אותנו לספק דרך למחיקת חשבון ונתונים. להלן ההנחיות:
שימו לב — פעולה בלתי הפיכה
מחיקת החשבון היא סופית. כל הנתונים הבאים יימחקו לצמיתות:
- פרטי פרופיל (שם, אימייל, טלפון, תמונה)
- היסטוריית משלוחים
- הודעות צ'אט
- דירוגים וביקורות
- מסמכי KYC (נהגים)
- צילומי הוכחה
אפשרות 1: מחיקה מתוך האפליקציה
- פתחו את אפליקציית MOOVIZ
- עברו למסך פרופיל
- לחצו על הגדרות (גלגל שיניים)
- גללו ללחצן "מחק חשבון"
- אשרו את המחיקה
אפשרות 2: מחיקה באמצעות אימייל
שלחו אימייל עם הפרטים הבאים:
- נושא: בקשה למחיקת חשבון MOOVIZ
- גוף ההודעה: שם מלא, אימייל רשום, מספר טלפון רשום
הבקשה תטופל תוך 7 ימי עסקים.
שלחו בקשת מחיקה ל:
support@mooviz.appמידע שנשמר לאחר מחיקה
בהתאם לדרישות חוקיות, המידע הבא עשוי להישמר עד 90 יום לאחר מחיקת החשבון:
- רשומות עסקאות (לצורך חשבונאות ומיסוי)
- דיווחים שהוגשו על ידי משתמשים אחרים
לאחר תקופה זו, כל המידע נמחק לצמיתות.
Delete Your MOOVIZ Account
As required by Google Play, we provide a way to delete your account and data.
Warning — Irreversible Action
Account deletion is permanent. All of the following data will be permanently deleted:
- Profile details (name, email, phone, photo)
- Delivery history
- Chat messages
- Ratings and reviews
- KYC documents (drivers)
- Proof photos
Option 1: Delete from the App
- Open the MOOVIZ app
- Go to Profile screen
- Tap Settings (gear icon)
- Scroll to "Delete Account" button
- Confirm the deletion
Option 2: Delete via Email
Send an email with the following details:
- Subject: Request to delete MOOVIZ account
- Body: Full name, registered email, registered phone number
The request will be processed within 7 business days.
Send deletion request to:
support@mooviz.appData Retained After Deletion
Per legal requirements, the following data may be retained for up to 90 days:
- Transaction records (for accounting and tax purposes)
- Reports filed by other users
After this period, all data is permanently deleted.
