1. מבוא
מוביז ("האפליקציה") היא פלטפורמה קהילתית למשלוחים בזמן אמת המחברת בין שולחים לנהגים. מדיניות פרטיות זו מפרטת כיצד אנו אוספים, משתמשים, מאחסנים ומגינים על המידע האישי שלך, בהתאם לחוק הגנת הפרטיות, התשמ"א-1981 ותקנות הגנת הפרטיות (אבטחת מידע), התשע"ז-2017.

3. כיצד אנו משתמשים במידע
- הפעלת שירות המשלוחים — התאמת שולחים לנהגים, מעקב משלוח בזמן אמת
- אימות זהות — אימות טלפון (OTP), אימות מסמכי נהג (KYC)
- תקשורת — שליחת התראות פוש על עדכוני סטטוס משלוח, הודעות צ'אט
- שיפור השירות — ניתוח דפוסי שימוש, תיקון שגיאות, שיפור ביצועים
- בטיחות — מניעת הונאות, טיפול בדיווחים, מעקב אחר דירוגים
4. שיתוף מידע
אנו לא מוכרים את המידע האישי שלך. מידע משותף רק עם:
- צד שני בעסקה: שם, תמונת פרופיל ומיקום משותפים בין שולח לנהג לצורך ביצוע המשלוח
- ספקי שירות: Google/Firebase (אירוח, ענן, אימות), Google Maps (מפות)
- רשויות: רק בהתאם לצו בית משפט או דרישה חוקית
5. אחסון ואבטחה
- המידע מאוחסן בשרתי Google Cloud (Firebase) עם הצפנה בתעבורה (TLS) ובמנוחה
- גישה לנתונים מוגבלת באמצעות Firebase Security Rules — כל משתמש רואה רק את המידע הרלוונטי לו
- מסמכי KYC מאוחסנים ב-Firebase Cloud Storage עם גישה מוגבלת
- תמונות מוגבלות ל-5MB, עם בדיקת סוג קובץ (JPEG/PNG)
- אנו לא מאחסנים סיסמאות בטקסט גלוי — Firebase Auth מטפל בהצפנה
6. מיקום
האפליקציה אוספת מיקום רק בזמן שימוש:
- שולחים: מיקום חד-פעמי בעת יצירת משלוח (לקביעת כתובת איסוף)
- נהגים: מעקב מיקום רציף בעת משלוח פעיל (עדכון כל דקה), מיקום תקופתי במצב המתנה (כל 5 דקות) להתאמת משלוחים קרובים
- מיקום לא נאסף כשהאפליקציה סגורה
7. שמירת מידע
- פרטי חשבון — כל עוד החשבון פעיל
- נתוני משלוחים — 24 חודשים לאחר השלמת המשלוח
- הודעות צ'אט — 12 שעות לאחר השלמת/ביטול המשלוח (סגירה אוטומטית)
- צילומי הוכחה — 12 חודשים
- מסמכי KYC — כל עוד הנהג רשום במערכת
- ניתן לבקש מחיקת חשבון ונתונים בכל עת
8. הזכויות שלך
בהתאם לחוק הגנת הפרטיות הישראלי, יש לך את הזכויות הבאות:
- זכות עיון: לעיין במידע שנאסף עליך
- זכות תיקון: לתקן מידע לא מדויק
- זכות מחיקה: לבקש מחיקת המידע שלך
- זכות התנגדות: להתנגד לשימוש במידע לצורכי שיווק
- זכות ניידות: לקבל עותק של המידע שלך בפורמט מובנה
9. קטינים
האפליקציה מיועדת למשתמשים מגיל 18 ומעלה בלבד. אנו לא אוספים ביודעין מידע אישי מקטינים.
10. עוגיות וטכנולוגיות מעקב
האפליקציה משתמשת ב-Firebase Analytics ו-Crashlytics לצורך ניתוח שימוש ודיווח שגיאות. לא נעשה שימוש בעוגיות פרסומיות של צד שלישי.
11. שינויים במדיניות
אנו עשויים לעדכן מדיניות זו מעת לעת. שינויים מהותיים יילוו בהודעה באפליקציה. המשך השימוש לאחר שינוי מהווה הסכמה למדיניות המעודכנת.

Mooviz ("the App") is a real-time community delivery platform connecting senders with drivers. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information, in compliance with the Israeli Privacy Protection Law, 5741-1981 and the Privacy Protection Regulations (Data Security), 5777-2017.

4. Information Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. Information is shared only with:
- Transaction counterpart: Name, profile photo, and location are shared between sender and driver for delivery fulfillment
- Service providers: Google/Firebase (hosting, cloud, authentication), Google Maps (maps)
- Authorities: Only pursuant to a court order or legal requirement
5. Storage and Security
- Data is stored on Google Cloud (Firebase) servers with encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest
- Data access is restricted via Firebase Security Rules — each user only sees relevant information
- KYC documents are stored in Firebase Cloud Storage with restricted access
- Images are limited to 5MB with file type validation (JPEG/PNG)
- We do not store passwords in plaintext — Firebase Auth handles encryption
6. Location Data
The app collects location only while in use:
- Senders: One-time location when creating a delivery (to determine pickup address)
- Drivers: Continuous location tracking during active delivery (updates every minute), periodic location in idle mode (every 5 minutes) to match nearby deliveries
- Location is not collected when the app is closed
7. Data Retention
- Account details — as long as the account is active
- Delivery data — 24 months after delivery completion
- Chat messages — 12 hours after delivery completion/cancellation (auto-close)
- Proof photos — 12 months
- KYC documents — as long as the driver is registered
- You may request account and data deletion at any time
8. Your Rights
Under Israeli Privacy Protection Law, you have the following rights:
- Right of access: View the information collected about you
- Right of correction: Correct inaccurate information
- Right of deletion: Request deletion of your data
- Right to object: Object to use of your data for marketing
- Right to portability: Receive a copy of your data in a structured format
9. Children
The app is intended for users aged 18 and above only. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors.
10. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
The app uses Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics for usage analysis and error reporting. No third-party advertising cookies are used.
11. Policy Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be accompanied by an in-app notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
