1. Definitions

• "App" — the MOOVIZ mobile application
• "Service" — the Mooviz community delivery platform
• "Sender" — a user requesting item delivery
• "Driver" — a verified user fulfilling deliveries
• "Delivery" — a transaction to transport an item from pickup to destination
• "Company" — G.M. Mooviz Software (2026) Ltd

2. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for and/or using the App, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

3. Eligibility

• The Service is intended for users aged 18 and above only
• An active Israeli phone number is required
• Drivers must pass KYC verification (driver's license, ID card, vehicle insurance)

4. User Account

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password
• All activity under your account is your responsibility
• You must use accurate and truthful personal information
• The Company may suspend or block accounts that violate these terms

5. The Service

5.1 Mooviz as a Platform

Mooviz operates as a matchmaking platform only. The Company is not a delivery company and does not employ drivers. Drivers are independent contractors.

5.2 Delivery Process

1. Sender creates a delivery request with pickup details, destination, and item description
2. Verified drivers in the area receive a notification and can express interest
3. Sender selects a driver and approves
4. Driver picks up the item (with proof photo) and delivers to destination (with proof photo)
5. Both parties confirm payment — delivery is completed

5.3 Payments

• Payment is made directly between sender and driver via Bit, PayBox, or bank transfer
• Mooviz does not process payments and does not hold funds
• The displayed price is final and agreed upon by both parties in advance

6. Cancellations

• Cancellation is possible only before item pickup (statuses: new, pending, waiting)
• After pickup — cancellation is not possible
• Repeated cancellations may result in account suspension

7. Code of Conduct

Users agree to:

• Not send dangerous, illegal, or prohibited materials
• Not harass, threaten, or harm other users
• Provide accurate and up-to-date information
• Maintain respectful communication in chat
• Drivers — drive safely and comply with the law

8. Ratings and Reports

• After each delivery, both parties may rate each other
• Ratings are authentic and cannot be modified after submission
• Users can report those who violate these terms
• The Company may act on reports, including suspension and blocking

9. Limitation of Liability

• The Company is not responsible for damage, loss, or theft of shipped items
• The Company is not responsible for financial disputes between senders and drivers
• The Service is provided "AS IS" without guarantee of continuous availability
• The Company may suspend the Service for maintenance without prior notice

10. Intellectual Property

All rights in the App, including design, code, logo, and content, belong to the Company. No copying, modification, or distribution without written permission.

11. Termination

• You may delete your account at any time from the Profile screen
• The Company may block accounts that violate these terms
• After deletion, data is removed per the Privacy Policy

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Israeli law. Exclusive jurisdiction — courts of Tel Aviv-Jaffa.

13. Changes to Terms

The Company may update these terms. Material changes will be accompanied by an in-app notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
